Welcome to Groomly. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. They're intentionally short and in plain English.
1. The service
Groomlyis software for pet grooming businesses to manage scheduling, customer info, and billing. We'll do our best to keep it running, fast, and secure.
2. Your account
- You must be 18 or older.
- Keep your password safe. You're responsible for activity on your account.
- One business per account. Each separate business needs its own account.
3. Trial & billing
- Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial. No card required.
- After the trial, you choose to subscribe at the published price. We won't auto-charge you without you adding a card.
- Subscriptions auto-renew monthly. Cancel anytime from the Billing page; you keep access through the end of the paid period.
- No partial refunds for unused time, but if something genuinely goes wrong, email us — we will make it right.
- We may change pricing for new customers any time. Your price stays the same as long as your subscription is continuous.
4. Your data
Your business's data belongs to you. We just store it. You can export and delete it anytime. See the Privacy Policy for details.
5. SMS / Twilio
When you use Groomlyto text your customers, you confirm those customers have agreed to receive texts from your business. We can suspend SMS sending if there's evidence of spam or abuse.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use Groomly to:
- Break the law.
- Harass anyone or send spam.
- Attempt to compromise the service or other accounts.
7. Service warranty
Groomlyis provided as-is. We try hard but we can't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted. Our liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before any claim.
8. Termination
Either of us can end this agreement at any time. If we end it, we'll let you export your data first.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes get at least 14 days' notice by email. Continued use after the effective date counts as acceptance.
